What size shall I order?

RoSa Shoes'  pointed toe extends beyond the natural foot shape so it should not adversely affect the width, the fit or the comfort of the shoe. It is not, contrary to advice published elsewhere, usually necessary to order a larger size because of a very pointed toe - in fact, depending on the outline of your own toes, you may well find a round-toe shoe will fit slightly smaller.

If you do need to exchange a size, please see our Terms and Conditions. We do not under any circumstances accept worn returns - always stand on a soft, clean carpet or rug to avoid marking the soles.

Our Classic, Ultra-High Stiletto and Platform Stiletto shoes are sized fairly accurately, according to European sizing. (PLEASE NOTE: our older, "High Stiletto" shoes tend to be large for the stated size, so don't order them too big.)

(Helpful Hint: The Ultra-High shoes are a snug fit in front to keep your foot up on top of that incredible heel. A heel of this height which fits the foot accurately will not be easy to put on, especially in the smaller sizes. If your shoes are a little loose, we recommend non-slip gel pads in the front of your shoes. In some cases, a double layer may be necessary. These prevent your foot from sliding forward and also act as a thin internal platform, which some may find helpful.)

Customers' expectation of shoe sizing varies according to the width and shape of the individual foot. Please note - all sizes quoted are female sizes:

our size 35 is approximately a UK size 3.5,
our 36 is a UK 4,
our 37 is a UK 4.5 to 5,
our 38 is a UK 5 to 5.5
our 39 is a UK 6
our 40 is a UK 7,
our 41 is a UK 8.

[For American sizes, add two to the UK size - e.g. Italian 41 = UK 8 = US 10]
