How do I buy RoSa Shoes?

RoSa Shoes are only available here. You will not find them in any shop or on any other website. We apologize if we don't always have the exact shoe you want in the correct size for you - please try again at a later date or Contact Us for information on availability.

We ship worldwide.

Our prices are in British Pounds (GBP). Approximate guide prices in Euro, USD and AUD are also displayed in your "Shopping Basket". 

We accept payment using PayPal, all major Credit and Debit cards and American Express via the Secure Sage Pay Online Payment System. We also accept payment by Bank Transfer - please email us for more on this.

 

If you often shop online, you should find the procedure self-explanatory.  If not, please read on:

Select a category, then choose a style.  Select your size in the small box near the bottom of the page.

(If you intend to return and complete your purchase later, please note - simply putting an item in your Shopping Basket does not reserve the item. If you need us to reserve something for you for a day or two, please email us.)

The sizes you see in the selection box are the sizes we have in stock right now. If your size is not available for immediate despatch, or if you wish to order multiple pairs of the same item in the same size, please email us at info@rosashoes.com for information on availability. If your selection is a currently-produced shoe, any out of stock size (35 to 42 European) can be specially ordered, which will take around 8 to 10 weeks (or less if we have already re-ordered it from our shoemaker).

Click "Buy Now" to add the item to your shopping basket. If you wish to change the contents of your basket, you can remove items, change quantity and update. When you are sure that your basket contents are complete and correct, select "Checkout".

Fill in your Delivery and Contact details. Make sure all details are correct, as this is how your package will be addressed.

If you wish to send us a message concerning your order, there is a box on this page for this purpose.

You will also be asked on this page if you wish to subscribe to our Newsletter and you must confirm that you have read, and agree to, our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. At the end of this page, select "Continue".

You will then see a page where you will be offered one more opportunity to review and confirm your purchase. If all is satisfactory, hit the "Pay Now" button.

You will then go to the secure  Sage Pay  payment page to complete your purchase. 

Here you need to choose the type of card you wish to use or, if you prefer, select the PayPal option. PayPal can be used with or without a PayPal account.

If you choose to pay directly using your credit or debit card, you will then be asked by Sage Pay for your payment details. Sage Pay is a secure, encrypted payment system recommended by all major banks. Your card information is NOT available to us, seen by us, or stored on the RoSa Shoes website.

If you have registered your card for online use with your bank under the 3D Secure system ("Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode") you will usually be asked by your card-provider or bank to enter your personal password. We do not see this confidential dialogue. This system protects both customer and vendor as it confirms, to the bank's satisfaction, that the transaction is being carried out by the legitimate card-user.

We ship worldwide (with a few exceptions) via the UK Royal Mail International fully tracked registered airmail "small packet" service.

Express Courier Delivery (by DHL) to the EU, USA or Canada is available at extra cost for urgent orders. It can be added as a further item in your Basket. 

(IMPORTANT: This extra charge for DHL delivery must be paid if you wish to have your order sent to a DHL PackStation address. Royal Mail's logistics partner in Europe is GLS, who do not deliver to DHL Packstations.)

Orders are sent as soon as payment has been verified and the items have been packed - normally within one or two working days.

Other Payment Options:

Customers may also choose to pay by Direct Bank Transfer in British Pounds. E-mail us with details of the items you wish to buy using the email link on our Contact Us page.  We will reserve your choice if it is in stock and we will email you an invoice, including bank details for payment. You will need to pay the bank charges if using this method of payment.
