1) All deliveries are sent to your billing address (i.e. the address to which your credit card statements are sent). This is to safeguard against someone else using your credit card details without your knowledge. Please note, we will only accept an alternative delivery address in the case of payment by direct bank transfer - if you wish to pay by this method, please contact us by e-mail.
2) All deliveries are sent from
Rosa Shoes via the Royal Mail (UK Post Office), and are normally despatched
within one working day of receipt of your order.

UK orders are sent “Special Delivery” for delivery before 1pm on the working day following the date of despatch. Your shoes will need to be signed for. Please remember to check for a "while you were out" card from the postman if you can't be there, as you will need to this to re-arrange delivery or to collect your package from your local sorting office.

Deliveries to overseas countries, both inside and outside the EU, are sent by International “Signed For”
air mail.
5)
Import Tax payable in countries outside the EU is the responsibility of the customer.
6) Customers wishing to return shoes for
exchange or refund (see
Terms and Conditions) must first notify their intention by e-mail using the
Contact Us page on this website, and receive confirmation from us before proceeding.
7) Currently,
our delivery charges are as follows:
Shoes: UK- £7 , EU countries - £10.50 , Overseas (outside EU) - £12.60
Boots: UK- £10 , EU countries - £15 , Overseas (outside EU) - £18
