2) All deliveries are normally sent from Rosa Shoes via the Royal Mail (UK Post Office), and are usually despatched within one working day of verification of your order.

3) UK orders are sent “Special Delivery”  for delivery before 1pm on the working day following the date of despatch. Your package will need to be signed for. Please remember to check for a "while you were out" card from the postman if you can't be there, as you will need this to re-arrange delivery or to collect your package from your local sorting office.

4) Deliveries to overseas countries, both inside and outside the EU, are normally sent by Royal Mail International “Signed For”  priority registered air mail. This service is prompt and reliable. 

5) Express Courier Delivery is available if you require your shoes in a hurry and live outside the UK in Europe, USA or Canada.  A £25 surcharge (purchasable as a separate item here) is payable in addition to the standard delivery charges (as listed in 1 above).  This surcharge covers up to 2 pairs of shoes or one pair of boots.
