Is my size in stock?

If your size appears in the drop-down selection box which can be found on each product page, it is in stock, ready for immediate despatch. If it is on the way to us and can be pre-ordered, this will be indicated.

Our shoes are made in European women's sizes 36 to 41 (size 35 may still be available on some of our older Classic Heel and High Stiletto ranges). This is the size range representing a broad cross-section of  the female shoe-buying public. If you are outside our size-range (smaller or larger), we apologise for any disappointment. 

From time to time, certain sizes, styles or colours may become unavailable. Occasionally we may have decided not to re-stock. If you are within our size-range, but don't see your size listed in the drop-down menu on the product page, it is out of stock. Please select an alternative, or contact us for further information.

If more stock has been ordered from our shoemakers in Italy, we may enable "pre-ordering" which means you can avoid disappointment and make your purchase before we receive the shipment. Your order will be sent to you promptly when it arrives. Please note - we do not "oversell" what we have in production. Payment is taken, at the stated price, at the time you pre-order. The price will not be subject to any increase. You may cancel your pre-order and request a full refund, including postage, at any time before the shoes are despatched to you.
