RoSa Shoes are only available online, from stock, here at our own website.  (You won't find them in any shops or other online stores.)

We are based in England, so all our prices are in British Pounds - your card will be automatically charged in your own currency if you are an overseas customer.  If, before buying, you need to know the approximate cost  of your order in your own currency, here is a link to MSN's currency converter - a guide which is updated regularly. Obviously the actual price charged to your card may vary slightly as it is determined by the rate of exchange at the time of your transaction.  Don't forget the postage costs (these can be found in Shipping).

Using Our Shopping Cart

If you are already familiar with shopping online, you should find our shopping cart self-explanatory.  If not, please read on:

First select a category (Shoes - High Stiletto Heel, etc.) then choose a style and size. After confirming the details of your order, click "Pay Now" and you will be transferred to the secure Sage Pay Server.  You will now see a padlock symbol at the right-hand side of the bottom bar on your screen and the URL will have changed from "http" to "https" (the "s" stands for "secure").  Here you need to click the button for which type of card you wish to use (eg. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro etc.) or, if you prefer,  select the PayPal option.  If you do not have a PayPal account already, you will be offered the opportunity to set one up before completing your purchase. 

If you choose to pay directly using your credit or debit card, you will then be asked for your card details. Don't worry - Sage Pay is a secure, encrypted payment system recommended by all major banks. Your card information is NOT viewed by us or stored here on the RoSa Shoes website - we are only informed of your e-mail and shipping details when a successful transaction has occurred. We ship worldwide (with a few exceptions) via the Royal Mail. UK orders are sent "Next Day Special Delivery" as soon as payment verification has been received. Please note: to ensure card holder security we normally dispatch only to the verified card holder's billing address. We advise all customers who have not already done so to register their credit or debit cards with their bank under the relevant 3D Secure system ("Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode"). This protects both the customer and the vendor. You will be given the opportunity to do this at the time of your transaction.

Other Payment Options:

Mail Order by Postal Order or cheque drawn on a UK bank account, payable to RoSa Shoes, and made out in British Pounds is welcome, but cheques must be fully cleared before orders are dispatched. Sorry, we do not accept cheque payment from foreign banks. Please add the shipping costs as appropriate.

Customers outside the UK may choose to pay by Direct Bank Transfer in British Pounds. E-mail us with details of the shoes you wish to buy using the email link on our Contact Us page.  We will reserve your choice if it is in stock and we will then email you an invoice for the cost of the shoes plus shipping. You will need to pay the bank charges if using this method of payment. You may in this instance select an alternative address for delivery.

Customers wishing to visit us in person are requested always to  e-mail or phone first (see the Contact Us page) to arrange an appointment. Please note that we have no card payment facility available for personal callers, nor do we release goods against uncleared and unverified personal cheques, so if you wish to take your selection away with you immediately, it will have to be a cash transaction. Sorry for any inconvenience!
