RoSa Shoes - Delivery and returns

1) All deliveries are sent to the address registered with your credit card company (i.e. the address to which your credit card statements are sent).  Please note, we will only accept an alternative delivery address in the case of payment by direct bank transfer - if you wish to pay by this method, please contact us by e-mail.

2) All deliveries are sent from Rosa Shoes via the Royal Mail (UK Post Office).

3) UK orders are sent “Special Delivery” for delivery before 1pm on the working day following the date of despatch. Your shoes will need to be signed for. Please remember to check for a "while you were out" card from the postman if you can't be there, as you will need to this to re-arrange delivery or to collect your package from your local sorting office.

4) Deliveries to overseas countries, both inside and outside the EU, are sent by International “Signed For”  air mail.

5) Import duty payable in countries outside the EU is the responsibility of the customer.

6) Customers wishing to return shoes for exchange or refund (see Terms and Conditions) must first notify their intention by e-mail using the Contact Us page on this website, and receive confirmation from us before proceeding.

7) Currently, our delivery charges are as follows:

Shoes: UK- £7 , EU countries - £10.50, Overseas (outside EU) - £12.50

Boots: UK- £10 , EU countries - £15.00, Overseas (outside EU) - £17.85

If these prices are revised at any time, the changes will be clearly displayed here.
