Sometimes half-insoles or gel pads can be the answer if you have a loose shoe, as they can stop the foot from sliding forward, and reduce gaps at the ankle. However, if you are sure you need to exchange a size, no problem - just e-mail us for confirmation, send the shoes back absolutely unworn and unmarked and, if it's in stock, we will send the size you need at no further shipping cost.
